Creating a Recovery CD

You can run Keriver Image on a bare metal system or crashed computer that cannot boot.You can even back up disks on a non-Windows computer,copying all its data,sector by sector,into the backup archive.To do so, you will need bootable Recovery CD media with Keriver Image.

With Recovery Media Builder you can create bootable Recovery CD or its ISO image at any time. You can run Recovery Media Builder in windows by selecting Start > All Programs > Keriver > Recovery Media Builder.

Recovery Media Builder Snapshot 1 Step 1: In the Wizard window,click Next.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Recovery Media Builder Snapshot 2Step 2: In the Media Type window, you can choose to create bootable Recovery CD or its ISO image.

Select Bootable CD/DVD, and then click Next to continue.

Click Next to continue.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Recovery Media Builder Snapshot 4Step 4: If you want to place a backup image into the Recovery CD, you can select the Include a backup image in recovery media, and press Browse to add backup image files.

Click Next to continue.

 

 

 

 

 

Recovery Media Builder Snapshot 5Step 5: Insert a blank CD/DVD disc and press Refresh button.

If the rewritable CD/DVD disc is not blank, you can erase it by pressing Erase button.

Click Next to start burning Recovery CD or DVD.

 

 

 

 

Recovery Media Builder Snapshot 6Step 6:Confirm the disc information and click 'Next' to start the Build process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

builder7Step 7: Burning start, wait for it to finish and you will have a Keriver Image Recovery CD/DVD.

After burning is finished, click Done to exit.
