Creating a Recovery CD

You can run Keriver Image on a bare metal system or crashed computer that cannot boot.You can even back up disks on a non-Windows computer,copying all its data,sector by sector,into the backup archive.To do so, you will need bootable Recovery media with Keriver Image.

With Recovery Media Builder you can create bootable Recovery CD or its ISO image or bootable Recovery USB Flash Drive at any time. You can run Recovery Media Builder in windows by selecting Start > All Programs > Keriver > Recovery Media Builder.

Recovery Media Builder Snapshot 1 Step 1: In the Wizard window,click 'Next'.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Recovery Media Builder Snapshot 2Step 2: In the Media Type window, you can choose to create bootable Recovery CD or its ISO image.

Or create bootable Recovery USB Flash Drive.

Select 'Bootable CD/DVD', and then click 'Next' to continue.

Click 'Next' to continue.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Recovery Media Builder Snapshot 4Step 4: If you want to place a backup image into the Recovery CD, you can select the 'Include a backup image in recovery media', and press 'Browse' to add backup image files.

Click 'Next' to continue.

 

 

 

 

 

Recovery Media Builder Snapshot 5Step 5: Insert a blank CD/DVD disc and press 'Refresh' button.

Click 'Next' to continue.

builder7Step 7: Burning start, wait for it to finish and you will have a Keriver Image Recovery CD/DVD.

After burning is finished, click 'Done' to exit.
