To backup your computer with a Recovery CD, insert the Recovery CD into your CD drive, and then restart your computer, booting from CD drive. This feature must be supported by system BIOS.

Upon reboot, in the Keriver Image Recovery main window, click 'Start->Backup Computer'

The following steps are almost the same as backing up in Windows, please refer to 'Backing up in Windows'.
